Exercise is a good way to stay healthy. We exercise when we walk, run, ride our bikes, or play sports. What kinds of exercise do you like to do? Try to do them every day.

Eating the right foods helps us stay healthy. Fruits are good foods to eat. Vegetables are too. Fish, chicken, and nuts are good for us. Don’t eat too much candy or have drinks with lots of sugar in them!
