President Joe
Biden invited Amanda Gorman to read. She was only 22 years old. Amanda wrote a
poem called “The Hill We Climb.” The poem is about making the future better.
Amanda wrote a poem for the Super Bowl, too.

What Do You Think? Why do you think presidents have poems when they take office? If you wrote a poem for the President, what would you write about?
