Simone Biles is one of the greatest athletes in history. She has won more medals than any other gymnast. She is the first gymnast to win three world titles in a row.
In this Olympics, she did not feel right. She decided not to compete. When she felt better, she participated. She won a bronze medal on the balance beam. She people showed that mental health (the way we think and feel about ourselves and the world) is important.
