Where on Earth Is Germany?

The world has many exciting places. Where on Earth is Germany?   

Germany is in Europe. It is across the Atlantic Ocean from the United States. There are many things to see in Germany!   

Germany has many castles. This is Heidelberg Castle. It is very old. Some parts of the castle were built 800 years ago! Kings once lived there. The castle sits on a hill. The city of Heidelberg lies below it.

The biggest city in Germany is Berlin. It is the capital of Germany. In Berlin, you can see the World Time Clock. The clock shows what time it is everywhere in the world! It was built in 1969.
