The United States Mint makes our coins. This year, the US Mint will celebrate our country’s birthday. It will make coins with special designs.

There is one coin the US Mint will not make. The US Mint stopped making pennies last year. Do you have pennies in your piggy bank? You can still use them. But no new pennies will be made.
