Know That State: Utah

An arch is a curved shape. This rock arch is in Utah. It is called the Landscape Arch. It is about as long as a football field! It is in Arches National Park. Arches like this were not made by people. Rain, ice, and wind formed stone into this shape.

This is the Mormon Salt Lake Temple. It is in Salt Lake City. Salt Lake City is the capital city of Utah. There are many Mormon churches in Utah. Mormons are members of a religious group.

Four Corners is a place where four states meet. You can be in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico at the same time! There is a monument at Four Corners. The Navajo Nation take care of the monument.
