Women’s History Month

March is Women’s History Month. Let’s take a look at women who have made history!

Susan B (Brownell). Anthony (1820-1906) was an American civil rights leader, particularly involved in the women's right to vote.

Women could not vote. Susan B. Anthony thought this was unfair. She worked to change it. She gave speeches. She wrote. She started a movement [a group of people working together to change something]. Now women can vote because her hard work.
