Enjoy Fruits and Vegetables!

June is a special month. It’s National Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Month. Many fruits and vegetables grow in June. Eating fruit and vegetables makes you healthier. Kids should have five servings of fruits and vegetables each day. How can you enjoy them?

How can you eat fruit? Put pieces of fruit on a stick. That makes a fun snack. Fruit juice is a healthy drink. You can freeze fruit juice to make a cold treat.
