National Love a Tree Day is May 16. It is a day to celebrate trees. Central Park is in New York City. It is one of the country’s biggest parks. Let’s look at how they use fallen trees.
This area is called the Mount. After a storm, workers collect fallen branches. They cut them into pieces. They turn some of them into woodchips.
