April is National Poetry Month. Some United States Presidents love poetry. Four Presidents had poets read when they took office. Who were some of the poets?
President Joe Biden invited Amanda Gorman to read. She was only 22 years old. Amanda wrote a poem called “The Hill We Climb.” The poem is about making the future better. Amanda wrote a poem for the Super Bowl, too.
