How to Stay Healthy

October 1 is Child Health Day. It’s a day to look at ways we can stay healthy.

Eating the right foods helps us stay healthy. Fruits are good foods to eat. Vegetables are too. Fish, chicken, and nuts are good for us. Don’t eat too much candy or have drinks with lots of sugar in them!
