International Day of World’s Indigenous Peoples

August 9th is the Day of World’s Indigenous Peoples. Indigenous peoples are the first people who lived in any place.

These Maasai men live in Kenya and Tanzania in Africa. They raise cows. They move from place to place so that the cows have grass to eat. The Maasai wear colorful blankets. They have special songs and dances.
